The event barn has a real hill country feel, great for dances, receptions and corporate and private events.  It has a dance floor along with professional sound system and just-right lighting to make your event memorable.The outdoor arbor, overlooking the river and coastal hay field, is a beautiful setting for your special occasion.  There is also a kitchen to assist your caterer.

Conveniently located in Gatesville, Texas, just thirty minutes from Waco, Temple, Copperas Cove or Killeen,  a mere one and one-half hour drive from Austin. Set on thirty-two beautiful acres, the Leon River bends around the property. The bride's room, the Peachick House, is private, has a bath, back porch with rockers overlooking the river, and a front porch with a view of our famous peacocks, Bonnie, Clyde and Al Capone.

The groom room is privately located away from the bridal house in the event barn.
